We acknowledge that therapy is expensive and can often be a major commitment. We offer sliding-scale pricing on a case by case basis. Please indicate on our form if you would like to discuss this possibility during our consultation call.
Phoenix Fire can also offer a superbill for insurance reimbursement. The ability to be reimbursed via superbill varies with each insurance plan, so we can give you instructions on how you can contact your insurer and ask if this is an option for you.
